All services are provided on an independent contractor basis. Invoices are issued regularly for hours worked or agreed project scope.

Clients are invoiced on a weekly basis for hours worked or agreed-upon project scope. Each invoice includes a detailed summary of services provided.
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hourly services are billed based on actual time worked. Time is tracked accurately and rounded to the nearest quarter hour.
For cleanup or backlog projects, an estimated number of hours or flat project fee may be provided in advance. Final billing reflects actual work completed unless a fixed fee is agreed upon.
Invoices not paid within the agreed time frame may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.
Services may be paused until the account is brought current.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary systems, documents, and information to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
All client financial information is handled with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Services are designed to be flexible. Clients may scale support up or down based on business needs with reasonable notice.
